Why Blog?

I seem to have lost my readers. I don't know where everybody went.
I like to blog, but I have to say, putting my thoughts out there for all to see is pretty pointless unless
somebody is actually reading this.

If you're reading my blog, please leave a comment.

People that just read and leave are akin to those who call and hang up when the answering machine picks up, without leaving a message.
It bothers me.
To me, blogging has always been a way of connecting with people. I've met a lot of cool people through their blogs, but only because I've left comments, they've written me back, and we made a connection.
I like making friends. While I'm not entirely comfortable in crowds, or meeting a bunch of new people for the first time, blogging allows me to meet new people without the stress of being there in person.
Okay this is starting to get weird.
All that to say, if you're stopping by my blog, I want to know!

What's with this weather? It's like summer here today.
Ugh. I'm ready for cooler temperatures. Yes, I know, I can say that because I live in Bermuda.
Sorry.
How is it where you are?

Well, I read - everyday - and I confess, I do not always comment. I repent (ha ha)
Everything is screwy here with the weather as well...High winds, and then suddenly sunny, and there are flowers in the garden that should NOT be there until spring...like I checked outside and the aliums are at least 8 inches tall.....they are a spring blooming bulb, but here they come. Our world has turned crazy..global warming is now making its face well known......

Today is my first visit to your blog! but I'll visit again.

Here it is warming up for summer though a couple of weeks ago we did have a very cold spell - snow even - which was very unusual. We rarely get snow even in winter.

Yes, it's definitely disheartening on the days you don't get any comments! I guess we're all in the same boat. At least we can track how many people visit our blogs, even if they don't leave comments.

And since everyone seems to be talking about the weather, we set a record for lowest temp on this date -- last night it was minus 3. Today our HIGH was 26, very unusual for us in November! Lovely and sunny out though... that's Colorado for you. (That's why we moved here! We love it.)

Hi Cathy! I guess some days are just like that...especially now, during the Christmas season. My internet service has been down so much, I haven't been able to keep up with blog visits. But hey--come over to my place sometime and leave a comment:-)

Wishing you a heavenly season!
Warmly,
V.
